Discover and exclusive hideaway resort for only the few privileged guests. Located in one of the still untouched blue lagoons of French Polynesia. By design, construction is limited to three over water bungalows on the lagoon and six beach bungalows (including 3 suites) hidden among coconut trees, multicolored hibiscus and bougainvillea. The architecture of local woods and bamboos achieves a complete integration with the environment.

Only a step away from Tahiti and Bora Bora, three daily flights with Air Tahiti are available from Tahiti Faaa International Airport (35 minutes) or from Bora Bora (10 minutes) to the Raiatea Airport, where we will greet you and bring you by comfortable speedboat over the lagoon to Vahine Island (25 minutes). As a special treat, indulge yourself into a helicopter service that will fly you from Bora Bora or from Raiatea to Vahine Island in less than 10 minutes.

Each guest receives personal attention from our staff that is available to meet all your needs and to assist you in the various sports activities: windsurfing, funboard, sailing, snorkeling... You may also choose among several excursions including a catamaran cruise to Bora-Bora, scuba diving, big game fishing, or a jeep safari on nearby Tahaa Island. If you like to discover by yourself the small islets or "motu" of the lagoon, we provide a motor canoe with a picnic lunch.

ACCOMMODATION

3 sea-front bungalows including a bedroom with king size or twin beds, a bathroom (offering drinking water as well as hot water), and a ceiling fan. Overlooking the sea, a covered patio with a hammock. 220 volts electrical current. Telephone with Internet access in each bungalow.

3 Deluxe beach suites including a bedroom with king size bed, a spacious sitting area, a large polynesian decorated bathroom with twin sinks, shower and toilets separated, and a fantastic spacious deck overlooking Bora Bora.

3 Over water bungalows on stilts in the lagoon: one bedroom, one bathroom with double sinks, a living room with an aquarium table and a covered terrace accessible by pirogue (local outrigger canoe), thatched roof. Telephone with Internet access and television-video in each bungalow.

Activities

There are many activities offered free of charge which include Polynesian pirogues with oars for personal trips around the lagoon, wind-surfing board and fun board, snorkeling equipment (tuba, masks, fins), fishing equipment for the reef, beach games, board games, kayak and pedal boat.

There are also those that are charged for a fee which include

airport island transfers, lagoon tour and picnic on a motu by motor pirogue, sailing on a 14-feet Hobie Cat Catamaran, small motor boats for private tours around the lagoon (2 to 4 persons), trail bikes, pedal boats, pearl farm visits, and video rentals. Outside the resort, there is a jeep tour of Taha’a Island (Vanilla tour), deep-sea fishing, and scuba diving and helicopter flights to Bora-Bora and Huahine islands.

Restaurants and Bars

The Restaurant:

Serves complete Continental Breakfasts and American Breakfasts from their exquisite French chef. Lunch is on the beach facing the Lagoon where there is a refined and romantic candlelit dinner and a vegetarian menu to suit your tastebuds.

The Bar:

A unique example of Polynesian artistry: an assortment of exotic woods (the floor is a mosaic of Aito, or Ironwood; (coconut trunks and bamboo) volcanic stones from Tahaa- is open all day for your pleasure.
